Hong Kong’s Airport City

The next phase of development of Hong Kong’s Airport City has been announced which will see an eclectic mix of development including expansion of Asia World Expo with a 20,000 seat arena, a marina with 600 yacht berths and a “jet fresh market”. The developments are intended to promote high-end commercial tourism and leisure activities. The new developments will be linked with Tung Chung and Hong Kong Port with an autonomous pod transport system and be completed between 2026 and 2031.
