The project is being undertaken on an Engineering Procurement Construction contract. CDC prepared a claim for the main design team joint venture (SNC-Lavalin AECOM Consultants) on the project.
French International School
CDC were appointed by the contractor to prepare a counterclaim in relation to issues arising during the project period and reviewing the client’s counter claim for alleged defects.
Multipurpose Building in Remaining Midfield Area
CDC was engaged to review and strengthen the Contractor’s EoT entitlement documents which included ground conditions issues, COVID and changes to design intent.
