MTR South Island Line Ocean Park and Wong Chuk Hang Stations
CDC prepared claims and position papers for the contractor in relation to securing increases of the target cost on this project comprising construction of two MTR stations and connecting viaducts.
MTR Express Rail Ngau Tam Mei to Tai Kong Po Tunnels
CDC provided contractual advice, claims management and preparation and negotiation support for the contractor. The project comprises 2.6km of twin tunnels constructed by drill and blast between two access shafts, one 40m deep and the other 90m deep.
MTR South Island Line Lei Tung and South Horizons Stations and Tunnels
CDC prepared claims for delay, disruption and extensions of time on the station structure and shaft excavation works for the negotiation of a supplemental agreement. The project comprised cut and cover tunnels and station structure and cavern excavation.
MTR West Island Line Kennedy Town Swimming Pool
This project comprised the first phase of a new swimming pool construction as part of re-provisioning for construction of the Kennedy Town Station on the West Island Line extension.
MTRC Express Rail Kowloon Terminus
The project comprises construction of the signature Express Rail Terminus in Kowloon. CDC is providing ongoing contractual advice, claims management, preparation and negotiation for several packages of work under the JV agreement and delay analysis and programme support to the Contractor.
Kennedy Town Station
CDC provided contractual and strategic advice, claims management and claim preparation for the Kennedy Town station construction project. The project comprised construction of an underground railway station and overrun tunnel in a congested urban environment.
