John Leong, BSc (QS), PGD, DipIntArb, MRICS, MCInstCES, FCIArb shared his knowledge and experience in dealing (contractually) with the potential impacts of tariffs under the various Singapore contract forms. As tariffs remain a fluid topic, it is important that contractors and project teams understand the likely routes to protecting their positions.
