Adrian is a civil engineer with 15 years’ experience in construction management, project planning and dispute resolution. He has worked on a variety of major projects such as railway, tunnelling works, highways, bridges and commercial developments in Hong Kong and overseas for both contractors and stakeholders. His experience includes forensic research of planning and programming issues, preparation of extension of time claims and delay analysis as well as engineering design, site supervision and project planning. He is an NEC4 Accredited Project Manager.

Chris is a planning engineer with over 30 years’ experience on major civil engineering projects in the UK and Hong Kong. Chris has experience in planning at all stages of the construction process and now focuses primarily on delay analysis and EoT claim preparation.
