Chris is a planning engineer with over 30 years’ experience on major civil engineering projects. Chris has experience in planning at all stages of the construction process and now focuses primarily on delay analysis and EoT claim preparation.

Betty runs the Hong Kong office managing the administrative and accounting functions for the company’s operations in Hong Kong and the region.

Vincent has 25 years’ experience on significant airport, metro and building projects in Malaysia, Dubai and Hong Kong, working for clients, consultants and contractors in all stages of the construction cycle.

Ian is a contracts management and claims specialist with over 40 years of experience in the design, contract, project and construction management of major civil engineering and building projects.

Stuart is a chartered surveyor and contract and claims specialist with almost 30 years experience on construction and civil engineering projects. He has also supported Quantum Experts in the preparation of agreeing multi-million-dollar disputes.
