Simon is a Chartered and Registered Professional Civil Engineer with over twenty five years’ experience in Hong Kong and the UK. Simon advises clients on claims, compensation events, contractual and dispute issues on large infrastructure and power projects. His experience covers the preparation of contractual claims for extension of time, quotations for NEC compensation events and acceleration proposals, prolongation and variations relating to technical issues. Simon also has experience in the research and drafting of statements of claim for mediation and arbitration, the presentation of issues to tribunals and negotiation of claim issues. These skills are supported by his strong technical engineering and project management background. He is an Accredited NEC4 Project Manager.

Chris is a planning engineer with over 30 years’ experience on major civil engineering projects in the UK and Hong Kong. Chris has experience in planning at all stages of the construction process and now focuses primarily on delay analysis and EoT claim preparation.

Eric is a Chartered Structural Engineer with recent experience as a forensic structural engineer preparing independent reports for mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.
