Delighted to welcome John Leong, MRICS, MCInstCES, FCIArb to the team at our new Singapore office. John is a Chartered Quantity & Civil Engineering Surveyor with more than 18 years of experience in contracts administration, claims management, and dispute resolution throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. John has held various key positions in consultancy and construction firms and served as quantum expert as well as advocate in all ADR proceedings. He is familiar with the major standard forms of contracts and has extensive experience in claims preparation, evaluation and rebuttals. His specialist knowledge of construction contracts management and alternative dispute resolution places him in a unique position to assist clients to avoid and manage construction disputes.

John will help CDC to deliver commercial, contractual and claims advice to main contractor and specialist contractor clients in Singapore and the region building on our reputation for high quality, timely advice to help avoid major disputes.
