Ting Hee brings a wealth of experience in tender planning, programme preparation, programme resequencing and delay analysis for clients, main contractors, designers and claims consultants.
He possesses extensive experience on LTA road and rail projects from tender preparation through project implementation to EoT preparation together with a deep technical understanding of civil and structural works methodologies.
