Director
David is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over thirty years’ experience on projects in Hong Kong, North America, Thailand and the United Kingdom, with a solid background in engineering, construction and design management.
Richard Feehan
Director
A member of the CDC Board of Directors and Senior Management team, Richard leads overseas office expansion, enhancement of business systems, along with staff recruitment, development and retention.
Judy Gin
Senior Consultant
Judy is a Civil Engineer with twenty years’ experience in both building construction and civil engineering works in Hong Kong for design consultants, contractors and claims consultants.
John Leong
Managing Consultant
John is a Chartered Quantity & Civil Engineering Surveyor with more than 18 years of experience in contracts administration, claims management, and dispute resolution throughout the lifecycle of construction projects.
Chris Caswell
Managing Consultant
Chris is a planning engineer with over 30 years’ experience on major civil engineering projects. Chris has experience in planning at all stages of the construction process and now focuses primarily on delay analysis and EoT claim preparation.

Betty runs the Hong Kong office managing the administrative and accounting functions for the company’s operations in Hong Kong and the region.
