CDC was appointed to provide a contract review with regard to a subcontractor undertaking ground stabilisation to the new third runway reclamation works following termination of the subcontract. CDC reviewed the various issues and assisted in drafting correspondence to assist the subcontractor in pursuing its monetary claims. CDC also provided advice to the subcontractor on strategies related to dispute resolution. The issues were resolved through negotiation by the parties.
