Stonecutters Bridge is a 1,108m main span cable-stayed bridge over the entrance to Hong Kong’s container terminal (currently the third longest in the world). CDC acted for the contractor managing the complete commercial claims function throughout the construction.
CDC were appointed to prepare a strategy paper to identify recovery options for time and cost on the main tunnelling and lining works for the Tseung Kwan O to Lam Tin Tunnel project.
CDC provided claims preparation and contract advice to the contractor throughout the construction phase of Ocean Park Water World project. CDC provided claims and income management services to the civil works contractor for the Black Point Power Station Combined Cycle Gas Turbine project. The development is part of the Hong Kong government’s effort to replace older oil generation units with cleaner gas turbines to improve the territory’s air quality.
