About this Project
South Island Line East is a 7km long medium capacity railway connecting Admiralty Station to the Southern District of Hong Kong. The 903 project included the construction of two elevated MTR stations at Ocean Park and Wong Chuk Hang, 2.1km of viaducts and a 246m bridge across the Aberdeen Channel. The project was undertaken under on a target cost contract.
CDC prepared claims and position papers for the contractor in relation to securing increases of the target cost.
