Judy is a Civil Engineer with twenty years’ experience in both building construction and civil engineering works in Hong Kong for design consultants, contractors and claims consultants. Judy has experience in claim identification and notification, claim research and drafting of claim correspondence, preparation of claim particulars and preparation of Statements of Claim for mediation and arbitration. She also has experience in arbitration and negotiation support. Judy has been involved in significant claims and disputes on major bridge, rail and airport projects in Hong Kong. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Law, Mediation and Arbitration and is an NEC4 Accredited Project Manager.
