Tung Chung line extension 1201

Major milestone for Tung Chung line extension 1201 with launch of the TBM for the drive towards the new Tung Chung West. This new station will connect 300,000 people to the network. When I arrived in Hong Kong, Tung Chung was still a small fishing village. Just 30 years later (makes me sound old), it is a major metropolis in its own right. Looking forward to seeing the progress on the project.
