I’m delighted to kick off the Year of the Snake by welcoming Vincent Chong to the Contract Dispute team. Vincent has 25 years’ experience on significant airport, metro and building projects in Malaysia, Dubai and Hong Kong, working for clients, consultants and contractors in all stages of the construction cycle. His past roles have included commercial management, contracts administration, claims management, contracts advisory and dispute resolution (including arbitration, adjudication and litigation cases). In particular, for our Hong Kong clients, Vincent brings an in-depth knowledge of the NEC form of contract having administered contracts for both contractors and employers. We welcome Vincent to the CDC team.
