CDC advised the MEP subcontractor on a dispute related to the final account for the MEP works on this high-profile embassy complex in Bangkok. CDC advised senior management on the adjudication process, providing input into preparation of presentations for the issues. The dispute was resolved through negotiation prior to the adjudication proceedings.
