Ting Hee is a planning manager with over 15 year’s experience in planning and delay analysis on major infrastructure in Singapore. His experience covers tender programme preparation, programme monitoring and updating, resequencing and delay analysis for clients, main contractors, designers and claims consultants. He possesses extensive experience on LTA road and rail projects from tender through project implementation to EoT preparation together with a deep technical understanding of civil and structural works methodologies. He is fully conversant with Primavera P6 and MS project.
