Vincent has 25 years’ experience on significant airport, metro and building projects in Malaysia, Dubai and Hong Kong, working for clients, consultants and contractors in all stages of the construction cycle. He has experience in commercial management, contracts administration, claims management, contracts advisory, construction law and dispute resolution. He has managed over fifteen arbitration, adjudication and litigation cases administered under ICC, LCIA, ICSID, DIAC and ADCCAC. Vincent also has extensive experience on the NEC form of contract administering contracts for both contractors and employers.
