Nga Yan Yu promoted to Managing Consultant
Contract Dispute Consultants are delighted to announce that Nga Yan Yu has been promoted to Managing Consultant. Nga Yan joined CDC in 2007 having previously worked with CDC Director David Feehan on previous projects and was one of the company’s first three recruits (all of whom are still with the company). Her experience has included providing contractual advice, and undertaking claims, negotiation and dispute resolution work on iconic and critical Hong Kong infrastructure projects including Stonecutters Bridge, MTR South Island Line, MTR West Island Line and two MTR Shatin Central line projects. Her structural engineering background and understanding of muti-disciplinary, complex projects is highly regarded by clients and has often helped to close out potential issues without resorting to formal dispute proceedings.
CDC Director David Feehan commented, “Our staff are our most important asset and I am therefore extremely pleased to see Nga Yan promoted to Managing Consultant with the company. It is a reflection of her hard work, dedication and development over the last 17 years delivering quality advice and exceptional outcomes for our clients on some of Hong Kong’s most challenging infrastructure projects. We look forward to Nga Yan’s continued work with CDC as the next wave of Hong Kong infrastructure spending approaches.”
