About this Project
The project comprised a term contract for installation of flowmeters and valves into the existing water supply network in Kowloon and Hong Kong Island. CDC provided advice to the Contractor in relation to a dispute arising from measurement issues on the contract. CDC also prepared the position paper for mediation and advised the Contractor on negotiating with the client to resolve the commercial issues. The issues were ultimately resolved through negotiation.
