About this Project

REM is an automated light metro rail system linking several suburbs of greater Montreal and comprising 67km of track and 26 stations on 3 branches. The new system will link with existing train and metro lines as well as providing a new public transport link to the airport. It is the largest public transport project undertaken in Quebec in the last fifty years. The project is being undertaken on an Engineering Procurement Construction contract. CDC prepared a claim for the main design team joint venture (SNC-Lavalin AECOM Consultants) on the project.
