CDC were engaged to assist with the strengthening and pursuit of EoT claims on the project. The submitted EOT claims were reviewed and an updated assessment of the critical path was prepared following completion of the works. Additional evidence was collated and consolidated documents were prepared for submission to the architect. The revised submissions enabled negotiation of a resolution to the final account.
