About this Project
Located in Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, the project mainly involves the construction of a 9-storey building with a 2-storey basement, providing 108,000 sq.m of space enabling companies of all sizes to engage in highly customised production for high value-added but low-volume technology innovations. The project provides advanced and scalable manufacturing facilities indicative of the “Re-industrialisation of Hong Kong.” AMC provides dedicated logistics, warehousing, prototyping and cleanroom services. It also includes a footbridge connecting the Data Technology Hub of the adjacent site and a seawater district cooling system.
CDC were appointed to review, research and strengthen EOT claim particulars on the building construction and the associated seawater district cooling system, prepare presentations and provide contractual advice.
